Website processing
The site is served through Cloudflare Pages. When a page is requested, infrastructure providers may process technical connection data such as IP address, timestamp, requested resource, browser information and security signals to deliver and protect the site. Nexamas does not currently use advertising cookies, third-party analytics or behavioral tracking on this website.
The light/dark appearance choice may be stored locally in the browser so the preference can be applied on later visits.
Contact
When you email Nexamas, the message, email address, headers and information you include are processed to respond and manage the correspondence. Nexamas email is hosted through Fastmail. Do not send passwords, access tokens, one-time codes or exported library backups by email.

Legal bases and retention
Website delivery and security are based on legitimate interests under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Correspondence is processed under Art. 6(1)(b), (c) or (f) depending on the request. Technical logs are retained by the hosting provider according to operational and security needs; correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle the request and meet applicable obligations.
Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions, users have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Requests may be sent to contact@nexamas.com. Complaints may be lodged with a data-protection authority; for private-sector processing by an establishment in Bavaria, the competent authority is generally the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht.
